Hi, I am Ana.
I've always been fascinated by what makes people connect with brands. That curiosity has shaped my career across advertising, entrepreneurship, and marketing leadership.
Most recently, I served as Head of Marketing for OAKBERRY USA, where I led Brand Strategy, Innovation, Communications, Strategic Partnerships, and Integrated Marketing during one of the brand's fastest growth periods in the U.S. From identifying consumer opportunities to launching products, building partnerships, and bringing campaigns to life, I enjoy connecting strategy with execution to create meaningful business growth.
Before that, I founded Pause to Balance, a wellness company focused on employee engagement and workplace wellbeing, partnering with brands like Sambazon. Earlier in my career, I built my creative foundation at TBWA, DDB, and Ogilvy, and had the opportunity to contribute to Nike's Rio 2016 Olympic initiatives.
Having built my career across Brazil and the U.S., I've learned that great brands grow when they truly understand people. That's what continues to inspire me: translating consumer behavior into products, experiences, and marketing strategies that create lasting connections.
Today, I'm also expanding my leadership perspective through the Chief Marketing Officer Program at Kellogg Executive Education, while looking for my next opportunity to help ambitious consumer brands grow through strategy, innovation, and integrated marketing.
This website is a collection of projects that have shaped my journey.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoy exploring it.
